Administrative and Federal Appeals

Under certain circumstances, an application or petition may be revoked or denied by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). You may have appealable rights. Our immigration appeals practice strategizes the best course of action in order to achieve the positive results for you. As a full-service law firm, we assist our clients with a wide variety of administrative and federal immigration appeals, including asylum appeals, BIA appeals, appeals of denial of naturalization/citizenship, adjustment of status and petitions for alien relatives and workers.

Depending on the petition or application that was denied, we can help you either file a Motion to Reopen/Reconsider or submit an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) under the jurisdiction of USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) under the jurisdiction of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). We also help clients appeal final decisions in federal courts throughout the United States. If you believe you have an appealable legal issue, contact our office in order to timely and properly file an appeal on your behalf. Our associates are admitted to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States
Supreme Court.
